Colin Andrews is a well-known researcher and author. He is widely
acknowledged as the leading expert on the crop circle phenomenon.
He is the founder of Circles Phenomenon Research International, the
first organization established specifically to investigate the crop circle
phenomenon. His scientific investigations are responsible for much of
the current information available on the subject. Andrews is an
electrical engineer by profession and a former senior officer in British
regional Government.
The Groom Lake area of the Nellis Air Force Range and Nuclear Test
Site in the Nevada desert. Located about 80 miles N/NW of Las Vegas. It
is here the US Government has been test flying their secret Black
Projects which involves secret military aircrafts, and some believe,
crashed UFOs.
On June 24, 1947, pilot Kenneth Arnold observed nine strange objects
flying in formations over Mount Rainier, in the Cascade Mountains of
Washington state. He had a second sighting five days later when he
saw 20-25 brass colored objects within 400 yards when he flew over the
La Grande valley. This started the UFO hysteria that's been ongoing
ever since. He described the way the UFOs moved through the air as
"saucers skipping over water". A misunderstanding that it was the
shape of the UFOs he described, to a reporter, gave birth to the now
classical description of "Flying Saucer".
An alleged development project of two new types of aircrafts held at the
Area 51 base in Nevada. The name "Aurora" was accidentally left
uncensored on a U.S. Government budget report under the black ops
funding. The actual project name has most likely been changed since
then, however.
Blues -
BUFORA -
An alien race similar to the Greys, that have almond shaped eyes, and
according to what some say, their skin is translucent. This race is one of
the more non-hostile that allegedly attempted to warn our government
not to make deals with the Greys. Some believe that they came to earth
with a message of non-violence, peace and harmony. And, that a some
stayed on Earth and lived with the Hopi Indians in Northern Mexico. In
Hopi Indian mythology, the Blues are "the children of the father who
came from the skies". They called them Star warriors.
The British UFO Research Association. The largest UFO group in Great
Britain and it has been going on since it was established in 1964. They
conduct research into UFO phenomena and also publish a bi-monthly
journal called "UFO Times".

found mutilated on a ranch or farm. Some are found completely drained
of blood and/or with vital organs removed; such as the reproductive
organs, tongue, eyes, or rectum. The organs are removed with surgical
precision and with apparently advanced technique, due to the complete
lack of blood or other trace evidence at the scene. Most sites do not
even contain footprints, vehicle tracks, or other signs of human
transportation. It is speculated that the "operations" are actually
conducted at a different location and that the animal is returned.
Perhaps, even dropped from an undetermined height, since many
animals are found to have many broken bones, the type of injuries
congruent with being dropped from an elevated height. The
connection between the mutilations and UFOs seems to be due to
discovery that mutilated cattle and UFO sightings often go hand in
hand. However, other believe that it is the U.S. Government at work.

In 1966 the US Air Force commissioned the University of Colorado to
perform a scientific study on UFOs. The project was headed by Dr
Edward Condon. In 1969 they published "Scientific Study of
Unidentified Flying Objects" which debunked all UFO phenomena. Later
FOIA released documents has shown that the CIA had involvement in
the report and was responsible for the debunking reports. The Condon
Report was used as an official excuse to shut down Project Blue Book
in 1969.
A strange phenomena that started to be noticed in fields around Britain
in the 1970s. But, crop circles have now grown to a world wide
phenomenon and circles have appeared in the USA, Canada, Russia,
and Japan, along with many other countries. Many researchers have
tried to solve the mystery and the theories suggested are numerous.
Magnetic fields, tornadoes, hoaxes, or even alien visitors leaving
messages.
The Center for UFO Studies was founded in 1973 by Dr J. Allen Hynek,
after Project Blue Book (in 1969) and NICAP (in 1973) were dissolved.
The organization is based in Evanson, IL and they publish the annual
"Journal of UFO studies" and the bi-monthly "International UFO
Reporter".
Dreamland -
the spreading of deliberately false information to mislead an enemy as
to one's position or course of action. It also includes the distortion of
true information in such a way as to render it useless. A common
Government practice with UFOs.

not originate from Earth; non-terrestrial. Its first apparent use was as
the name given to the alien that purportedly survived the Roswell crash
in 1947.
Abbreviation for Extraterrestrial; not specifically referring to any living
organism (see EBE) but, referring to any object that is not of this Earth.
A substance that has yet to be created on Earth. But, if it would exist it
should be read as the 115th element in the periodic table. According to
Robert Lazar that is the substance he came in contact with when he was
working at Area 51. It is used with the propulsion engine in the craft to
create anti-gravity. When Element 115 is modified, claims Lazar, in a
certain combination of protons, neutrons, and electrons, it will produce
a stable form of itself. This new stable combination releases a larger,
more powerful gravitational field than other elements. This force that is
produced from Element 115 is not like that which holds us to the earth
and the planets in orbit. The Element produces a field of the same kind
that holds atoms together. This gravitational field, you can say, bends
the space-time continuum and travels in a non-linear direction. It's like
that the craft is standing still and space moves against it.
On 16 July 1969, a United States law was passed called the
"Extra-Terrestrial Exposure Law" that made it illegal for the public to
come in contact with extra-terrestrials or their vehicles. (Title 14,
Section 1211 of the Code of Federal Regulations). Anyone found guilty
of such contact could face up to one year imprisonment as well as a fine
of $5,000. Also, any individual who had been "exposed" could be
quarantined under armed guard by the NASA administrator without a
hearing. As of 1991 the law has mysteriously vanished from the U.S.
Code of Federal Regulations, with only the cryptic legend "Reserved"
to be found where 14 CFR Part 1211 used to be. NASA public affairs
specialist Elsie Weigel, stated that NASA removed the regulation in April
1991 "because we never found any aliens." So, officially the
Extraterrestrial Exposure Law "has served its purpose and is no longer
in keeping with our policy," NASA says. NASA has "reserved" Section
1211, perhaps so that similar regulations can be reinstated if the agency
ever sends humans to another celestial body, or brings back samples
via an unmanned probe.
Similar to Panspermia, but a less radical hypothesis that simply
proposes that life did not originate on Earth, but was transferred to
Earth from elsewhere in the Universe, with no prediction about how
widespread life is. However, the term "panspermia" is more well-known,
and tends to be used in reference to what would properly be called
exogenesis.

War II. They followed aircraft on all sides of the fighting, and were

federal government must release its records upon request. Those
records may be withheld, however, if they fall into one of nine
categories, including national security and an individual's right to
privacy. An FOIA request can be made by "any person" - that includes
American citizens as well as foreign nationals. Once a request has been
made, it's up to the government to honor it or submit a denial for
judicial review.

"extremely penetrating". They have limited facial features, a slit mouth
and no nose to speak of (almost vestigial mouth and nose), and a

tall. Although, some have been described as being 7 to 9 feet tall. The
skin color varies from dark gray to light gray, tan to tan-gray, and even a
pale white. Their bodies are completely hairless, too. They have no
noticeable reproductive systems, and due to their almost identical
appearance, are though to reproduce by cloning. They function in a
mode that is almost military in nature, with a rigidly defined social
structure. Also known as Reticulians or Grays.

Hybrids -
categorizes the various types of UFO sightings. There are three
categories of Close Encounters; of the first kind (CEI), of the second
kind (CEII), & of the third kind (CEIII).
Hybrids reportedly vary in appearance, from being almost
indistinguishable from humans, to beings which are almost entirely
alien, apart from having human eyes. Note: It has been said that you
can detect a hybrid by looking at the outside edges of it's eyes, it will
have a wider area vertically between the eye lids than humans.
Insectoids -
found within the bodies of some abductees. Often a spherical device
about 40 to 80 microns in size implanted near the optic nerve in the
brain. However, other shapes have also been found, and at different
places in the body. Such as; elbows, knees, neck, ankles, nose, navel,
etc... Attempts to remove an implant has even caused death on some
rare occasions.
A race of Extraterrestrial Biological Entities said to resemble giant
praying mantises, with large arms that fold into the creatures' chests
when not in use. Since earthly insects cannot grow over a certain size,
the Insectoids cannot be structured in the same way as terrestrial
arthropods, since there are approximately the size of a human.

helicopters. Most people describe their behavior as odd or unusual.
The origin of the men in black is still unknown. Some believe them to
be secret government agents, trans-dimensional beings, or even
aliens. Their mission seems to be to threaten people who have made
claims that they have had a close encounter, or been visited by aliens.
They are strictly warned not to talk about the incident or tell anyone
what they saw or experienced.

A controversial phenomenon reported by some people in connection
with close encounters with UFOs and abduction phenomena. The term
"missing time" refers to a gap in conscious memory relating to a
specific period in time, from several minutes to several days in length.
The memory of what happened during the missing time reported is
often recovered through hypnosis or during dreams.
Abbreviation for Majestic Twelve. A mystery that began with the 1987
publication of an alleged briefing document from ex-US President Harry
Truman to president-elect Dwight Eisenhower in November 1953. The
document dealt with government knowledge about UFOs, aliens, and
above Top Secret projects. It listed its twelve members as Dr Lloyd
Berkner, Dr Detlev Bronk, Dr Vanndevar Bush, James Forrestal, Gordon
Gray, Vice Admiral Roscoe Hillenkoetter, Dr Jerome Hunsaker, Dr
Donald Menzel, General Robert Montague, Rear Admiral Sidney Souers,
General Nathan Twining and General Hoyt Vandenberg.
Founded in 1969, the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) is a nonprofit
corporation dedicated, through its volunteers, to resolving the
scientific enigma known collectively as unidentified flying objects. Its
monthly MUFON UFO JOURNAL addresses all aspects of the subject.
NORAD -
established in 1958 to co-ordinate and direct aeronautical and space
research programs in the United States. NASA cooperates with the CIA,
NSA, and other agencies, too. Among the many research programs run
by NASA, it is believed that one of them is about UFO research. There
have been numerous UFO sightings by astronauts and even some
alleged UFOs caught on film by NASA. Although, they have claimed
plausible denial that any objects in the videos are actually UFOs.
North American Aerospace Defense Command. NORAD was established
to protect the North American continent from any type of attack from the
air. Every year NORAD receives about 25,000 UFO sightings of which a
small percentage remains unsolved. Since 1960 there has been over 10
Million of such unexplained cases.

appear in physical form, because they think it's safer and instead they
communicate through the channel. They are from the future, 500
years to millions of year from now. Their society operates on love.
A CIA mind control program, lasting from 1951 to 1953. During this time
the CIA authorized experiments to be conducted by licensed
psychiatrists. The experiments had various purposes, including but
not limited to: creating new identities, inducing amnesia, inserting
hypnotic access codes in subjects' minds, creating multiple
personalities, and creating false memories. The research also
included placing brain electrodes in people and controlling their
behavior from remote transmitters, administering daily dosages of
LSD-25 to children for extended periods of time, and using electro
convulsive therapy to erase memories.
A project held by the US Air Force in the early 1970s to do research in
anti-gravity.
Started in March 1952, as a follow up to the Sign and Grudge Projects,
to find explanations to all the UFO sightings and to see if there was
any reason to consider them a threat to national security. Thousands
of reports were collected, analyzed and filed. Even though most
reports were explained away, there were many that defied
explanation. As the result of the Condon Report, Project Blue Book
was shut down in 1969. This was the last publicly known UFO
research project lead by the USAF.
A short-lived project by the U.S. Air Force to investigate unidentified
flying objects. Grudge succeeded Project Sign in February, 1949, and
was then followed by Project Blue Book. The project formally ended in
December, 1949, but actually continued on in a very minimal capacity
until late 1951.
Began in 1968, this project has the responsibility to recover all
crashed or downed spacecraft and aliens, and to evaluate them to
gain more knowledge about advanced technology. It was proposed
by Kirtland AFB, early 1950s.
PPD began in 1960 (an ABOVE BLACK program). This was, or is, a
project with the goal of genetically manipulating human offspring, so
they will have the ability to communicate with an alien species. It is a
alleged joint effort (aliens/humans) in cooperation with one another.
It is unclear as to the real reason(s) for this cooperation. It is
purported it was to provide an ability to carry on high level
communications during an impending electromagnetic communication
outage, on a worldwide basis subsequent to a major catastrophe in
the future.
A project to test fly recovered alien craft. It is conducted at AREA 51,
in Nevada. Mention of this project has appeared in several FOIA
documents and witness accounts.
The first official U.S. Government study of unidentified flying objects
undertaken by the United States Air Force in late 1947. It dissolved in
late 1948. Though Sign officially came to no conclusion about UFOs,
some of the project's personnel came to favor the extraterrestrial
hypothesis.
A top secret project established in 1972 and is still ongoing. It was
established to research, develop and implement alien spacecraft
technology and test fly recovered UFOs. There is a theory about the
UFO involved in the Cash/Lundrum case was a craft built by the Air
Force as a part of the Project Snowbird. However, the project is said
to be a cover-up to put a shadow over the Project Red Light. In the
1963 Gale Research's Code Names Dictionary there is another Project
Snowbird listed as a "Joint Army/Air Force peacetime military exercise
in the sub-arctic region in 1955"

A town in New Mexico; On the night of July 2, 1947 something
crashed and was found by rancher Mac Brazel. Different sources
claims that they've seen the space craft and its entities. But, the
wreckage and aliens were captured by the military and kept as a
secret.
It is claimed by some that all of our major religions were created by
aliens, and therefore, are Extra-Terrestrial in origion. Also, they claim
that through hybridization created Homo Sapiens, including Jesus

Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence. A project that was founded to
scan the sky for electromagnetic waves from an unknown
intelligence. The SETI project was shut down by US Congress in
October 1993, due to budget cuts. UFO researchers are skeptical of
the project. As Dr. Pierre Guerin said in "Flying Saucer Review", "The
government already knows that aliens exist and don't use
electromagnetic waves at all. It would be similar to detect Indian
smoke signals using a radio receiver."

lakes and rivers of the world, strange metallic objects have provoked
